Matt has led worship in some capacity for 25 years and Steve has worked with students for more than 40 years. Join them as they discuss topics that cover everything from deconstructing your faith and ministry to marriage and parenting. Matt and Steve are story tellers and love to talk about their friendship as father and son (which, as you’ll hear, wasn’t always the case). Once a month or so they take time out to talk directly to ministers.","podcastLogo":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/imglogo/image-logo/15373007/We_Were_Thinking_HiRez_5493t2.jpeg","podcastShareLogo":"https://d2bwo9zemjwxh5.cloudfront.net/image-logo/15373007/We_Were_Thinking_HiRez_5493t2_1200x628.jpg?s=03f107b472c4b44c07354ba3871a1ff4&e=jpeg","podcastUrl":"https://www.wewerethinking.org","podcastCanSearched":true,"feedUrl":"https://www.wewerethinking.org/feed.xml","theme":"vertex","podcastDeepLink":"https://www.podbean.com/pw/pbblog-afddv-ea92cf?from=usersite","removePodbeanBranding":"no","brandingLogo":null,"timeZone":{"timeZoneId":15,"gmtAdjustment":"GMT-05:00","useDaylightTime":1,"value":-5,"text":"(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)","daylightStartTime":"Second Sunday Of March +2 Hours","daylightEndTime":"First Sunday Of November +2 Hours","timezone":"America/New_York"},"podcastDownloads":null,"totalEpisodes":64,"showComments":true,"iOSAppDownloadLink":null,"customizeCssUrl":null,"androidAppDownloadLink":null,"showPostShare":true,"showLike":true,"author":"Matt Coleman","enableEngagementStats":true,"shareEmbedLink":"https://admin5.podbean.com/embed.html?id=pbblog-afddv-ea92cf-playlist","language":"en","sensitivitySessionExpireTime":3600,"podcastApps":[{"name":"Apple Podcasts","link":"https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/we-were-thinking/id1716210523","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/apple-podcast.png","title":null},{"name":"YouTube","link":"https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQPYc05vPguyjRVLGL2CXbVXiGTJ34RXj","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/youtube_logo.png","title":null},{"name":"Podbean App","link":"https://www.podbean.com/pw/pbblog-afddv-ea92cf?from=usersite","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/podbean-app.png","title":null},{"name":"Spotify","link":"https://open.spotify.com/show/6h7NOpCIcrGnlTCpTK9WSN","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/spotify.png","title":null},{"name":"Amazon Music","link":"https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/caf63ea5-8f47-4a41-ae1e-fc8be0cc0899","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/AmazonMusic.png","title":null},{"name":"iHeartRadio","link":"https://iheart.com/podcast/192350878","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/iHeartRadio.png","title":null},{"name":"PlayerFM","link":"https://player.fm/series/3584500","image":"https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/fs1/site/images/admin5/PlayerFM.png","title":null}],"components":{"base":[{"id":"MainStyle","val":"dark"},{"id":"Font","val":"Inter"},{"id":"SecondaryFont","val":"Inter"},{"id":"PlayerColor","val":"#F77F00"},{"id":"PlayerStyle","val":"player2"},{"id":"PlayerWave","val":"show"},{"id":"Favicon","val":null},{"id":"CookiesNotice","val":"hide"},{"id":"CookiesNoticeContent","val":"
