Matt and Steve are a father and son duo who have 65 years of ministry experience between them. Matt has led worship in some capacity for 25 years and Steve has worked with students for more than 40 years. Join them as they discuss topics that cover everything from deconstructing your faith and ministry to marriage and parenting. Matt and Steve are story tellers and love to talk about their friendship as father and son (which, as you’ll hear, wasn’t always the case). Once a month or so they take time out to talk directly to ministers.

(NASB) Today the guys talk about what it means to live your life and run your ministry with vision. This doesn't just mean Vision Statements, but even those moments when God reveals something new in your walk with him. Whenever a vision begins in your life, it is always rooted in the word.
