Matt and Steve are a father and son duo who have 65 years of ministry experience between them. Matt has led worship in some capacity for 25 years and Steve has worked with students for more than 40 years. Join them as they discuss topics that cover everything from deconstructing your faith and ministry to marriage and parenting. Matt and Steve are story tellers and love to talk about their friendship as father and son (which, as you’ll hear, wasn’t always the case). Once a month or so they take time out to talk directly to ministers.

This sparked a whole brainstorm for us about conversations to have when you're just starting out, or even if you are firmly embedded in the trenches of ministry. Today's episode is an overview of some basic ideas to setup for yourself, each of which we can get into deeper.
